Develop supply chain finance business, accurately identify customer needs, and provide supply chain finance–focused solutions. Offer customized trade financing solutions based on individual client needs to help government platforms refinance and resolve debt risks.
Collect information on customers, competitors, market trends and industry dynamics, provide timely feedback, and support team project decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree or above; strong business comprehension, learning ability and adaptability; able to quickly adapt to new products and market changes.
Background in B2B / G2B financial services is preferred (e.g., corporate banking client manager, financial leasing, supply chain finance, urban investment financing manager).
Strong teamwork and coordination skills, high execution and initiative; able to work under pressure with self-adjustment and self-motivation.
Diligent work attitude, excellent moral character, upright style, optimistic and positive personality.
